In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, the World Bank Group’s Health & Safety Directorate (HSD) – Mental Health & Wellbeing team invites staff and family members to a virtual session focused on supporting children who experience anxiety.
Helping Your Child Manage Anxiety – Strategies for Parents is designed for parents and caregivers who want practical, evidence‑based tools to better support their child and family.
This session will introduce the S.P.A.C.E. approach (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), an evidence‑based model that helps parents build resilience in children while reducing patterns that may unintentionally reinforce anxiety.
