Wellness Wednesdays is a weekly program designed to boost staff well-being through fun, engaging, and inclusive activities. Each Wednesday, offerings alternate between short physical activity and interactive health education sessions.
Every other week, Fitness Snacks, energizing 15-minute movement sessions, introduce participants to diverse styles of fitness and movement inspired by different cultures and countries. Each session is inclusive and adaptable, offering options for all abilities and fitness levels.
On alternating Wednesdays, 30-minute wellness sessions explore practical topics such as nutrition, ergonomics, mental health, and more, providing actionable tips to support everyday well-being.
Wellness Wednesdays is a collaborative initiative by the Health & Safety Directorate, the WBG Fitness Center, WBG Food Services, and the IFC Wellness Center.
We are piloting the program through January 2026 and welcome your feedback to help shape future offerings and guide the next phase of the program.
Locations: Every Wednesday at 1:00 PM, join us at the MC Building (C1 Cafeteria Area) or IFC Wellness Center for alternating sessions:
