Dear Member,
Reflecting on the beginning of this fiscal year, it may seem like a distant memory. Yet, it was those initial plans, critical actions, and decisions that set the course for everything that followed. These first steps laid the solid foundation for all our successful initiatives.
As we find ourselves in June, there is much to be grateful for and to celebrate. This year has been marked by remarkable achievements, steadfast commitment, and collective effort driving us toward our goals and beyond. Our outgoing executive committee, core team, volunteers, and partners have each played indispensable roles in various capacities, contributing to this year’s exceptional outcomes.
The 320 activities and 26,273 volunteer hours, equivalent to nearly 14 full-time staff, are not just numerical indicators but also testaments to the dedication underpinning WBFN’s achievements. Despite the inevitable challenges and shortcomings inherent in any organization, we remain steadfast in our commitment to progress steadily toward our shared objectives for our members.
As we approach the end of this fiscal year and consider slowing down, our team remains focused. We are actively brainstorming ideas and working diligently behind the scenes to ensure the success of our upcoming TSP program.
On behalf of the entire WBFN team, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to each of our members for their unwavering support and inspiration. Let's unite in bolstering our initiatives as we embrace the future with optimism, progressing with every step forward.
