Mindfulness - weekly virtual course

If you want to find more balance and peace in your life, this is the group for you!  We support and connect with each other by practicing secular mindfulness meditation together weekly, since 2019. Practicing mindfulness not only benefits ourselves, but also the people around us, the people we love and we care. 


Our New Program starting in April: 
 
April 26- May 31  2024 
The Foundations of Mindfulness (6 weekly sessions)
 
In this 6 weeks program, Caroline will lead you through a journey of exploring the 4 foundations of mindfulness. Each session includes mindful meditation and teaching about mindfulness and small group discussion.  
 
Theme:
Week 1: Welcome and practice guideline (Bring a raisin)
Week 2: Mindfulness of the Body (Bring a yoga mat)
Week 3: Mindfulness of the Thought
Week 4: Mindfulness of the Feelings
Week 5: Mindfulness and Self-Compassion
Week 6: RAIN Practice

Caroline Beloe
Caroline is an experienced leadership coach (PCC) and a certified mindfulness instructor (MBSR,MMTCP, MiSP & MBEAT). Through 20 years of’ international financing and business experience in 4 different countries, she has developed an ability to bring strategic focus and cross-cultural competencies into leadership coaching. She enables her clients to gain better focus, increased confidence, and a greater sense of well-being in both their professional and personal lives.  In her spare time, she teaches mindfulness to both adults and teens.
