SOP sessions are held several times a year and registration is necessary. Register by clicking on the attached form or the link provided at the end of the page below. Whether you have recently arrived or been here several years, WBFN in partnership with the WBG HRD and other units invites you to attend a shortened version of the Onboarding Session (the orientation given to new WBG staff).
At the SOP, representatives from different WBG departments will provide you with information about your visa status, benefits, tax responsibilities, the WBG history and WBG ethics. It also familiarizes you with the services of the Health Department, Security Operations, the Credit Union, and the WBFN. It is a day-long session and lunch is provided. Children will unfortunately not be able to attend (except nursing babies). Please consult the WBFN Handbook for temporary childcare available through e-services on the WBG intranet.
