Lorraine is planning to show and explain what to cook in a pressure cooker, a time saving device that could cut some cooking times in half and produce some wonderful meals. Please join us ... any questions on what can be cooked in a pressure cooker are very welcome too.

The International Cuisine Group meets once a month at different members’ homes for culinary demonstrations and to taste dishes from different countries. The host determines the menu, cooks the dishes and shares the recipes with all the participants. The host may sometimes choose to invite the participants for lunch after the session. Cost varies from $7 – 10 per session with a maximum of $12 (for special occasions and/or Christmas or Thanksgiving). A minimum of 5 participants will be required for the group to be active, and a maximum of 10-12 people for most events. Please register early.
