The OAB is an essential component for all staff relocating to Country Offices to ensure readiness in the field and enhance a smooth transition. Spouses are encouraged to participate as co-owning the decision to go is critical to assignment success. This briefing session is also open to staff and their spouses who are considering a field assignment.
