It's the most wonderful time of the year once again, and time to return home and enjoy our families, spend time with old friends and give magical moments to the children. Our thoughts are also for our larger family--the Family Network, with all its members united by the idea of sharing and giving back, which is part of our DNA.
Our champions in Morocco and Pakistan shared a brunch, and in India a dinner. We shared knowledge in our Career Lab and Peer Groups sessions. We shared information and advice with newcomers in DC during our Spouse Orientation Program, and with families that are relocating far from their native countries. We gave back with more than one hundred WBFN volunteers who put their passion and dedication into the Children’s Holiday Party for our families and kids. We gave back again by volunteering at our Book Project and Margaret McNamara Education Grants.
These are just some examples of how the WBFN community shares and gives back on a monthly basis, allowing us to say we are very fortunate and proud to be part of this active and generous worldwide family. We wish all of you our very best for a beautiful holiday season and happy New Year!
